Omnom is a small batch artisan chocolate maker based in Reykjavik. Co-founder Kjartan Gíslason worked as a chef across Europe for nearly two decades before discovering bean-to-bar chocolate. He teamed up with his childhood friend Óskar Þórðarson and they started sourcing cacao beans from around the world.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans from Tanzania, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, almonds, organic Icelandic barley, cranberries, sunflower oil, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sea salt.
