Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout by Canada Post according to the product weight and your location.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Local Delivery in Ottawa's Downtown Core is available by bike courier. For a flat fee of $8. We've partnered with the local bicycle zero-emissions courier service, Veloz.
This delivery option is available only for deliveries in Rockcliffe Park, New Edinburgh, Centretown, Downtown, Sandy Hill, The Market, Lowertown, Chinatown, Little Italy, Hintonburg, Wellington West, The Glebe, Old Ottawa East, Old Ottawa West, and Westboro.
Bike deliveries go out the next day or the same day, when possible, Monday-Friday between 12-5pm. You will receive an email confirming your delivery day. And a text from the bike courier to let you know your order is on it's way, and another when it's been delivered.
lease be sure to include any special instructions in the "Note" section at checkout if they are required. Such as "leave on table near garage", or buzzer numbers.
Free Local Pick Up
Live in Ottawa? Choose Local Pick up. Enter your address first on the checkout page, then on the payments page select "Local Pick Up". Your order will be processed within 24 hours. Once your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email from us.
Please bring a piece of ID, which corresponds to the name at checkout when picking up your package, along with your electronic receipt.
If you will be having a friend pick-up your purchase, please indicate in the "Note" section the name of that person and this choice. They will need to bring their photo ID and a copy of the receipt.
Pack a Picnic
Picnics are eligible for in-store pick-up only.

Products purchase in-store and online that are unused, and in their original packaging can be returned up to 10 days from the purchase date / or the date they are received if they have been shipped, for a full refund, or store credit.
Gifts, can be returned for store credit beyond the 10 days, when accompanied by a gift receipt.
Items that are found to be defective can be returned to the store for assessment.
Edible, seasonal and sale products are final sale.
