Join Carrie from Patisserie La Toque to tackle the ever-popular tarte au citron, just as we will be entering peak citrus season!
Monday February 26 7PM - 8:30PM plus 30mins Q&A and shopping.
She will offer a bit of history of and the troubleshooting of common issues such as cracked tarts, curd issues and so much more, for this classic French pastry. She will walk you through the recipe and procedure, plus students will have the opportunity to get some hands on experience. At the end of the class, students will sample this delicious French treat!
Please bring an apron, a take home container and your questions about French baking!
