Basil - Provence

Grown on one of the finest herb plantations of Provence, this basil is a staple of Mediterranean cookery.

Dry Provençal basil is more delicate than the fresh variety. It is called upon in several Italian and Provençal dishes and can accompany any tomato-based recipe. It blends seamlessly with garlic, savory, lemon or thyme. Provençal Basil is also a nice compliment to strawberry desserts.
