Canadian & US Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout by our carriers according to the product weight and your location.
Orders are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours.
We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, UPS and their affiliates. We will choose the most economical and reliable shipper at our discretion, and therefor the shipping company you select at checkout may be substituted.
Orders are shipped out on Monday through Friday. Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed in-store before shipping. Shipping time varies by location. Your order will include tracking information.
For questions about locating your purchase please first refer to the shippers website for tracking. Pot & Pantry is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We encourage you to purchase insurance through the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company directly for delivery questions or complaints.
USA Shipping:
In the event of a return, shipping costs, US Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.
Bike Delivery
Local Bike Delivery in Ottawa's Downtown Core and parts of Gatineau is provided by local bicycle zero-emissions courier service, Veloz.
Bike deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday-Friday between 12-5pm. And a text from the bike courier to let you know your order is on it's way, and another when it's been delivered.
Please be sure to include any special instructions in the "Note" section at checkout if they are required. Such as "leave on table near garage", or buzzer numbers.
Car Delivery
Local Delivery by the car service Trexity is available in the Ottawa area and the cost of delivery is calculated at check out. Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday, and shipped Monday-Saturday. For all orders over $100, we will arrange a delivery time to ensure items are not left out unattended for extended periods.
If you would like your delivery delayed please leave a note in the checkout.
Free Local Pick Up
Live in Ottawa? Choose Local Pick up. Enter your address first on the checkout page, then on the payments page select "Local Pick Up". Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email from us.
Please bring your electronic receipt with the order number, and a piece of ID, which corresponds to the name at checkout when picking up your package.
If you will be having a friend pick-up your purchase, they will need to bring a copy of the receipt with the order number.

Returns
Products purchase in-store and online that are unused, and in their original packaging can be returned up to 10 days from the purchase date / or the date they are received if they have been shipped, for a full refund or store credit.
Gifts, can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 30 days, when accompanied by a gift receipt.
Items that are found to be defective can be returned to the store for assessment.
Consumable, seasonal and sale products are final sale.
Eligible items can be returned by mail at the buyers expense, with the exception of defective merchandise which will be evaluated on a case by case basis with the manufacturer for a replacement or refund.
