Refund Policy
Products purchase in-store and online that are unused, and in their original packaging can be returned up to 10 days from the purchase date / or the date they are received if they have been shipped, for a full refund, or up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 30 days, when accompanied by a gift receipt.
Items that are found to be defective can be returned to the store, or an email with images and information can be sent to hello@potandpantry.ca for assessment.
All consumable, seasonal and sale products are final sale.

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days from when the goods were received. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We are able to see when the goods were received via the third-party shipping company.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as consumables cannot be returned. Seasonal items are final sale. Seasonal items, are items which are specific to a holiday or season, such as Christmas, Easter or Valentine's Day themed linens, decor or goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Special Orders
All items ordered specifically for a customer, which are not part of the regular online store stock are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you believe you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact us at hello@potandpantry.ca or call 613-565-1212 ext 1, and we will be happy to assist you. Please refrain from doing a chargeback until you've spoken with us. The issue can normally easily be resolved with our help.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale Items are final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at hello@potandpantry.ca and upon confirmation from us, please send your item to: 254 Elgin St., Ottawa ON K2P 1L9, Canada.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. This only applies to items purchased at full price. Sale items are non-returnable. All gift certificates whether purchased online or in store after 2022 can be redeemed online and in both of our store locations.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations/Refunds
All classes are non-refundable and transferable to another student.
Allergies
Pot and Pantry is not an allergy or nut free space. We are unable to guarantee that food and equipment have not come into contact with any allergens.
Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the above policy at any time without notice.
