Made of stiff looped steel wire with a beech wood handle, and designed to perfectly blend ingredients—especially when it comes to bread recipes.

Hand wash using hot water & mild dish soap, and dry with a soft clean dish towel. Do not leave submerged in water. Not dishwasher safe. Periodic application of a mineral oil will help to prevent dryness and cracking, and will enhance the finish of the piece.
