Lodge Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle

This two sided grill plate is endlessly versatile.  Covering two stove burners it boasts enough surface area to perfectly cook bacon and eggs at the same time on the griddles flat side, or make pancakes with lots of space to flip them.  Flip it over and use the raised grills to cook vegetables, or meat, letting the juices and fat flow freely underneath creating the perfect contrasting sear.
