Join Lewis Robinson, of Fauna and La Petite Primerose and previously of Fauna, Bar Lupulus, for a night of pasta making.
In this intermediate hands-on class, we will make three different types of pasta: long, short, and filled pasta, all for you to take home. Lewis will walk us through these advanced pasta shapes, diving deeper into the world of hand shaped pasta. We will discuss the different histories and regional specialities, along with recipes and more!
At the end of class, we will get to enjoy one of our pastas and take some time for questions and shopping.
For those who have joined us for our beginner introductory class, please bring your cavatelli board! If you do not have one, one can be loaned to you in class.
There is no prerequisite for this class, though we do recommend taking Tutta la Pasta- An Introduction, if you are brand new to pasta making.
