Double Boiler

 Perfect for melting butter or chocolate, and heating cream. Fill the top rounded pan with whatever you'd like to slowly heat and the bottom pot is filled with a couple inches of water.

Can be used on all cooktops, including induction. Fully tempered glass lid is oven-safe to 450°F / 230°C and fits both the upper insert and bottom pan.
