Charbonnier Cheese

This cheese is made from 100% pasteurized goat's milk. It bears the name of Charbonnier since it is coated with ground vegetable charcoal on which its magnificent bloomy rind develops. This is a soft, cut-up manure that will charm you with its goat aromas, its light salty taste and its delicate acidity.
