Top Shelf Preserves Plum Jam

A classic tart jam with a multitude of applications. Beyond smearing it on toast you could try it as a glaze for roasted meats or seitan, use it in baking, or add to a cheese or charcuterie board. It’s really quite wonderful on spring rolls and egg rolls.
