Akaneri Medium Indigo Handwoven Bowl

The Akaneri design is a modern version of a traditional pattern of the Abizeranye Cooperative in Rwanda.

Bowls are created from dyed natural sisal fibres woven over a core of forest grasses. The tea colour is created when the naturally-white sisal fibers are steeped in Rwandan-grown tea leaves.
