The Alpha Olive Chef's Knife, is made from olive wood, from a selection that is up to 500 years old. A very sturdy wood, the light-dark wood is an elegant addition to your knives. With excellent function and form, this Chef's Knife is ideal for meat, fish and vegetables. 

6.5" long (16cm) blade. Due to the natural materials, this knife is not dishwasher safe.
