The Alpha Olive Chai Dao, is made from olive wood, from a selection that is up to 500 years old. A very sturdy wood, the light-dark wood is an elegant addition to your knives. With excellent function and form, Chai Dao is the name for a Chinese Chef's Knife, a familiar cleaver look, suitable for meat, fish and even vegetables.
6.5" long (16cm) blade. Due to the natural materials, this knife is not dishwasher safe.
