Join us as we push a little further in the flavour profiles of amaro, including a fernet or two!
Both the seasoned connoisseur and the curious novice are invited to embark on a captivating exploration of this beverage.
Join Riviera’s Stephen Flood (aka @countbassie) on Monday October 27th for the exploration of amaro. Italian word for 'bitter', amaro is often misunderstood, it is a very versatile part of someone's bar. Come learn about this liqueur, its history, uses, and the growth in popularity among mixologists and sommeliers alike! With no legal definition of what an amaro is, it is only limited by the imagination of the creators!
There is no pre-requisite for this class, this class will showcase all new amaro from the first part, all are welcome to join us.
Monday October 27th, 6:30PM - 8PM + 30minutes for Q+A and shopping.
The price includes tasting of 8 different amaro and charcuterie snacks.
