It is in our DNA to give comfort in any situation and think outside the box. One unifying way to do this is undoubtedly around a table with friends over a good meal. By influencing the Swiss but wanting to tint the atmosphere of our own land, we had the idea of developing a product with 1001 Fondues. From their expertise and the quality of our 1608 and Hercule cheeses, the Charlevoisienne Fondue was born. Made today by Plaisirs du Chef, this is the closest thing to a real Swiss fondue.
Established in 1948 by the Labbé family, back in the day Laiterie Charlevoix bottled and delivered milk in the village of Baie Saint-Paul.
