Gibbs Hopped Honey

Liquid honey infused with locally grown cascade hops, which are raw, pure, and totally delicious. Cascade hops have citrus notes and a bitterness which chill out the honey’s sweetness, making it a herbal savoury sweet flavour. A must for craft beer lovers.

Cold-infusion method is used, preserving the honeys raw state.
