Gibbs Whipped Honey

Raw liquid honey is whipped into to a creamy and spreadable consistency, raw, pure, and totally delicious.

With 500 colonies located within a 30km radius of our farm in Vankleek Hill, Gibbs honey captures the unique flavour of our landscape, a true wildflower honey. Foraged from alfalfa, clover and the wildflowers that bloom from late May to September.
