Les Filles Fattoush - Potato Spice

“Battata harra” or “spiced potatoes” – Les Filles Fattoush blend is inspired by the famous French fries
served in all Middle Eastern restaurants. Quick and easy to make, they’re just as good
fried or baked, and can be served as a side dish or as a finger food with cocktails.

Authentic Recipe: Mix 30 ml vegetable oil, juice from 1/2 lemon, 3 tbsp spice blend.
Pour over 1 kg of cooked potatoes ensuring that they are well coated.
