Mancini Fusili Lunghi


Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produces pasta exclusively with the durum wheat that they grow and harvest annually in the heart of Le Marche region, Italy, resulting every year in a “seasonal” product reflective of each year’s agricultural conditions.

They use circular bronze dies and dry the short pasta at temperatures below 55 ° C, taking about 24 hours.

Fusilli have a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 40 mm. Their cooking time is between 8 and 10 minutes.
