Mielo Meadow

A sophisticated and delicious non-alcoholic apéritif from Gibbs Honey: Mielo Meadow. 

Meadow is floral and bright with elderflower and meadowsweet; warm with hints of honeyed spice; finishing with a gentle toasted, almost peaty note.

With flavours of elderflower, meadowsweet, coriander seed, and roasted dandelion root, you can enjoy it on the rocks of 2 tablespoons of Mielo over ice, in a spritz with 1 part Mielo to 5 parts sparkling water, or have it your way with a custom cocktail!

With 500 colonies located within a 30km radius of our farm in Vankleek Hill, Gibbs honey captures the unique flavour of our landscape, a true wildflower honey.
