Mielo Slake

A sophisticated and delicious non-alcoholic apéritif from Gibbs Honey: Mielo Slake. 

Slake is refreshing and crisp, with cooling mint, spicy citrus, tart acidity and a balancing touch of bitterness.

With flavours of mint, lemon balm, sumac, ginger, and wormwood, you can enjoy it on the rocks of 2 tablespoons of Mielo over ice, in a spritz with 1 part Mielo to 5 parts sparkling water, or have it your way with a custom cocktail!

With 500 colonies located within a 30km radius of our farm in Vankleek Hill, Gibbs honey captures the unique flavour of our landscape, a true wildflower honey.
