Mielo Verdant

A sophisticated and delicious non-alcoholic apéritif, Mielo Verdant, from Gibbs Honey. 

Verdant is a take on an amaro, with its bold and complex, layered green herbs, bright acidity and slow-building bitterness. 

With flavours of Rosemary, savoury, sage, nettle, and gentian, you can enjoy it on the rocks of 2 tablespoons of Mielo over ice, in a spritz with 1 part Mielo to 5 parts sparkling water, or have it your way with a custom cocktail!

With 500 colonies located within a 30km radius of our farm in Vankleek Hill, Gibbs honey captures the unique flavour of our landscape, a true wildflower honey.
