Monsieur Emile Cheese


Molded and pressed by hand to make a very dense tower, it is a small cone of around 180g which matures in less than 10 days. The goat cheese notes are pronounced, its texture coats the palate and offers an impressive length in the mouth. A bit like a sugar cream.

Aged, it becomes less pretty for the eye but oh so much more complex in the mouth. Let it dry for a few days and use it crumbled on a pizza, in a pesto or in oil with spices to make an explosive aperitif.
