Almanac's oats draw their history back over 2,000 years to the wild red oat, a plant that originated in Asia. 

Oats are a gluten-free grain, as they process their oats and oat flour on a separate mill away from wheat and other grains, however they cannot guarantee that they have not been exposed to trace gluten elements.
