Sprucewood Classic Shortbread


This is Chef Mark’s take on a traditional and classic shortbread cookie with a drop of natural vanilla extract. Plus, with less than half the sugar of his Grandma’s shortbread, this is a diabetic-friendly sweet shortbread. The flavour profile is certainly traditional shortbread in nature.

No artificial flavours or colours. No hydrogenated or tropical oils. No trans fats. Nut free. Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Rice flour, Pure vanilla
