The Japanese Bitters Sakura Cherry Blossom


Sakura, the key ingredient of this delicious cocktail bitters, is a blend of natural cherry petals and leaves. The variety of cherry blossoms is Yae Sakura(Sekiyama Sakura) which blooms in southern area of Nagano prefecture. Pairs beautifully in a Gin and Tonic or with Shochu, and will impress with a few drops in a nice creamy lager.

These are Japan's first domestically produced bitters!
