Join Riviera’s Stephen Flood (aka @countbassie) on Wednesday, May 20th, for the exploration of vermouth. Through guided tastings, participants will develop a nuanced understanding of its structure, aromatics, and role in both classic and contemporary drinking culture.
There is no prerequisite for this class; this class will showcase all new vermouth from the first part, and all are welcome to join us.
Wednesday May 20th, 6:30PM - 8PM + 30minutes for Q+A and shopping.
The price includes a tasting of 8 different vermouths and charcuterie snacks.
